My Portland Plan

The Portland Plan is truly the city's new roadmap to 2035 — created by 20 public agency partners over 2 years with more than 300 public meetings and 20,000 comments from residents, businesses, neighborhoods and nonprofits.
But even individual actions can make a big impact on our city — boosting prosperity and educational outcomes, and helping to advance health and equity. In order to turn the plan into reality, everyone’s participation is key — but where do we start?
