Is water a basic human right?

One Take, an online video competition seeking video submissions answering the question, "Is access to clean, safe water for drinking a basic human right? Why or why not?," extended its competition deadline to August 15, 2009.

Competitors are asked to submit their 2 minute or less video submission to the One Take Web site, in any language. The tricky part is that all entries must be done in one take and one take only.

Winners will be announced on September 30, 2009, with the grand prize winner receiving $500 USD.
