Columbia South Shore Well Field Wellhead Protection Program

Here are documents related to the regulatory component of the groundwater protection program. The Groundwater Protection Manual has been updated. Amendments were adopted on July 7, 2010. A summary of the changes can be found here.

Also included are reporting forms for businesses that use chemicals in the wellhead protection area. These forms are due on November 30th of each year and are simple to fill out.

You will also find links to the Reference Manual, Program Implementation Guide and appendixes. The Reference Manual lays out the specific requirements to comply with the groundwater protection program. The Program Implementation Guide provides additional guidance to regulated businesses and technical personnel on how to meet program requirements, including examples, resources and equipment.
