Bills and Accounts

ALERT - Our office will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 26th & 27th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.  The office will reopen Monday November 30th at 8:00 AM.  For your convenience you may pay your bill online, or leave a payment in the night box located outside the front door at 1120 SW 5th Ave, Portland, OR 97204.

Your Water and Sewer Bill is handled by Portland Water Bureau Customer Service.

We are reponsible for:

• opening, maintaining and closing customer accounts
• reading water meters
• collecting charges and fees associated with services provided by the Portland Water Bureau and the Bureau of Environmental Services

We are committed to providing timely and accurate billings, collecting payments fairly and equitably, and meeting customer needs for information and service.
