The Ten Toe Express program includes a series of guided walks and a walking kit, distributed to residents of the  SmartTrips North-Northwest Target Area (see map) who  place an order.

 

The program is made possible by a major sponsorship from Kaiser Permanente.

Meeting Place: Columbia Park Cottage 4339 N Lombard

 

Five parks, a stroll along the Peninsula Crossing trail and through New Columbia are featured on this nice loop.

Join a tour led by author Laura Foster as we retrace the colorful history and discover some of the changes over time to Portland rail yards and close-in neighborhoods.
