Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q:  Can I park overnight at SmartPark?

A:  You may park in all garages overnight with the exception of Naito & Davis and O'Bryant Square.  These two facilities are secured each night and you will not be able to retrieve your vehicle until the facility opens the next day.  O'Bryant Square is closed on the weekends.

 

Q:  Does SmartPark accept credit cards?

A:  Yes, SmartPark accepts MasterCard and Visa.

 

 

Q:  Does SmartPark accept checks?

A:  No, SmartPark does not accept checks.

 

 

Q:  I'd like to bring my RV downtown.  Can I park in SmartPark?

A:  Unfortunately SmartPark cannot accommodate large or tall vehicles.  Clearances vary by garage but generally no vehicles taller than 6'9" can enter.  It's best to call the garage for details.

 

Q:  Does SmartPark offer monthly parking?

A:  Yes, but only on a limited basis.  Call 503-790-9300 for details about where monthly parking is available.

 

Q:   I'm interested in working at SmartPark.  Who do I talk to?

A:  It depends on what you'd like to do but generally you can get employment information by calling Star Park at 503-790-9300.
