The Portland Plan is a beautiful document, but its length and complexity can be overwhelming. To help Portlanders navigate through the roughly 150 pages of text, charts, tables, maps and graphs, we produced a video to guide people through the different sections of the plan.

The PSC will be holding one more public hearing on the Portland Plan on Tuesday, November 29, 2011. Oral testimony will be closed after this session. Written testimony on the plan will be accepted until December, 28, 2011. After that the commission will hold two work sessions to develop their recommendation to City Council.
