The Alliance of Portland Neighborhood Business Associations (APNBA) hosted a Portland Plan presentation on May 9. Participants used the hand held clickers to say whether the Draft Portland Plan Strategies were headed in the right direction or not. This group of 30 neighborhood business leaders was most enthusiastic about actions that address Neighborhood Business Vitality and support Vibrant Neighborhood Hubs.
