Equity and the Portland Plan

During Phase One of the Portland Plan, many Portlanders told us that equity is important to our community’s future. So in Phase Two we will look at addressing equity issues in all nine of the Portland Plan action areas.

As we move forward with the Portland Plan, we will be discussing equity in greater depth and applying its principles to each of the objectives that we pursue.
