Request for Proposals to administer the City of Portland's Schools Family Housing Community Grants Program
Announcing the City of Portland's Schools, Family Housing Community Grants Program RFP. The City of Portland is seeking proposals from qualitifed partners to design and administer the small grants program fund for community initiatives that engage community members with public schools. BHCD is looking an organization with the technical and administrative capapcity as well as the capacity to engage and support a broad arrray of stakeholders in this granting process.
Proposals are due no later than Friday, March 9, 2007. A bidder's meeting will be held at PHB offices, located at 421 SW 6th Ave, Ste 1100 on Wednesday, February 21, 2007 from 1:00 - 2:30 pm.
