The 2005-2010 CONSOLIDATED PLAN
AND FY 2005-06 ACTION PLAN
The 2005-2010 Consolidated Plan and the FY 2005-2006 Action Plan for Multnomah County, the City of Portland and the City of Gresham describe how CDBG, HOME and other housing and community resources will be used over the next five years, and in the coming year to address the community's priority needs and objectives.
The Consolidated Plan and Action Plan were accepted and approved May 4, 2005 by the Housing and Community Development Commission.
