Youth soccer program

Businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals are invited to form partnerships with us to increase recreational opportunities and preserve natural areas in Portland. Effective partnerships provide additional resources and expertise for park and recreation programs which make Portland a great place to live, work, and play.

We work closely with each partner to ensure that the relationship is mutually beneficial while reflecting the values and goals of Portland Parks & Recreation. Examples of partnerships include:

  • Grants
  • Sponsorships
  • Public-private agreements (concession, license & lease agreements)

In addition, we have the Gifts for Parks Program and a process to approve Community Initiated Improvement Projects for donors and individuals interested in supporting the refurbishment of existing or new park amenities.
