Rentals & Permits
We have many different venues available for rental - for weddings, family or neighborhood events, company picnics or sports tournaments.We also issue permits for tree planting and cutting, sports field and gym use, construction work or staging on PP&R property, and conducting research on PP&R property.
All commercial activity (a service or product that customers have or will pay for that is provided within a park) requires a permit. These activities include, but are not limited to, the following: photography, film and video, classes, approved concession of food, products and sundries, docking, Pedi cabs, etc. PP&R, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to deny permits to specific property and/or specific dates and times.
System Development Charge (SDC)
A fee that covers a portion of the cost to provide for parks and recreation facilities that are needed to serve new development.
