| For 30 plus years the City has supported the work of Elders In Action, which provides advocacy and resources for Portland's older adults. Elders In Action is also home to the local Commission on Aging. |

| Neighborhood Coalition District Offices |
| The City supports seven neighborhood Coalition Offices, including five which are non-profits. These offices provide leadership trainings, technical assistance and administrative support to 95 neighborhood associations. |

| Diversity and Civic Leadership Partners |
| In an effort to broaden diverse participation and build capacity to better serve historically under-represented communities ONI grants funds to organizations such as CIO, NAYA, The Urban League, Latino Network and IRCO to assist in these efforts. |
