City's Financial Impact & Public Involvement Statement
As of July 1, 2011, City Council requires City bureaus and offices to provide basic information about public involvement planned or completed for every ordinance, resolution, and report filed with the City Auditor’s Office for inclusion on the City Council agenda.
This webpage provides an overview and background information on the new Impact Statement, line-by-line instructions, answers to frequently asked questions, samples of complete Impact forms, and links to additional resources and support.
If you would like to read the most recent Impact Statements submitted to City Council, visit the Auditor office's website and click on the item number of the Council agenda item you are interested in. The Impact Statement is often one of the last documents in the packet.
