Neighborhood Business Associations

Neighborhood business associations which have status, in good standing, as non-profit corporations of the State of Oregon and meet the requirements spelled out in the Neighborhood Guidelines will, upon request, be officially acknowledged by the City of Portland and be eligible for services and/or support (if available) provided by ONI.
