ONI Strategic Planning In Process

 

The Office of Neighborhood Involvement (ONI) has developed draft mission statement, goals and values for the bureau and is interested in hearing your feedback on the draft proposal.

 

The mission, goals and values are all important to provide guiding principles for us to refer to as we develop, implement, evaluate and refine programs. This is particularly important as we are beginning our budget development for next fiscal year and consider budget cuts. These principles provide a focus to ensure that we maintain effective programs that support our mission and goals.

 

The draft proposal has been developed over the past 18 months through a process involving bureau staff, the ONI Bureau Advisory Committee (BAC), partners, and community members. There have been as many challenges and questions raised as ideas proposed and we have tried to integrate those ideas into the proposal.
