Homestead is bounded by the Southwest Hills Residential League to the north and west, the Corbett/Terwilliger/Lair Hill neighborhood to the east and the Hillsdale neighborhood to the south.

 

Homestead has three main residential areas within it:
1) Fairmont Drive to the west
2) The "Terraces Area" between Terwilliger Parkway and Barbur Blvd.
3) The Marquam Hill Village Area

 

We have beautiful residential neighborhoods, large institutional and residential facilities such as OHSU, The VA Hospital, and Terwilliger Plaza, and hundreds of acres of undeveloped forests and parks, all just a couple minutes from downtown

 

 

These “Neighborhood Pages” are intended to be a portal to information available from the City of Portland and other sources about individual Portland neighborhoods.  The pages are still evolving.  The photo and description of the neighborhood were pulled from a variety of sources including neighborhood websites, portlandneighborhood.com, and the ONI Webmaster's brain.  We would love to get input from the neighborhood associations on how to improve the neighborhood descriptions and ideas for photos that best represent a neighborhood.  Any input will be gladly excepted by the ONI Web Administrator.
