Use the Forms Below to Apply for a City Board or CommissionStep 1: Determine up to 3 (three) board or commissions on which you are interested in serving. Vacancy information is available for some boards and commissions on the main Boards & Commissions page. Step 2:
Submit a Boards & Commissions Application Form (below) for up to 3
(three) City boards or commissions; submit applications to the Office of Neighborhood Involvement at the address listed on the form. Step 3: Once you have been notified you are under consideration for a vacancy, submit the Conflict of Interest Form. DO NOT submit the Confict of Interest Form with your original application. This saves you time and effort as your information may change by the time you are contacted for consideration. Thank you for your interest in joining a City board or commission!
