ONI Guidelines/Standards and City code 3.96 - existing and proposed

 

 

Below are the Council adopted City Code 3.96 -Office of Neighborhood Involvement, and ONI Guidelines/Standards that outline the City of Portland's recognition of the neighborhood association and district coalition system and acknowledgement of Neighborhood Business District Associations and Communities Beyond Neighborhood Boundaries.  Also included are side-by-side comparisons of previous versions and proposed language from spring 2005.
