Governing bylaws for each of the District Coalition Offices

Neighborhood Coalitions are independent non-profit organizations which contract with the Office of Neighborhood Involvement to facilitate community member participation services and related neighborhood crime prevention activities for the neighborhood associations and community members within a geographically defined area.  The board of each coalition is primarily composed of representatives from its member neighborhood associations.  Below is a list of Portland's neighborhood coalitions:
