A three member board that hears and attempts to resolve protests and appeals arising from City procurement related decisions when such matters are referred to it by the Purchasing Agent. Members are appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by City Council and shall serve for a period of up to two years. Members of the Board serve without pay. The members of the Board include, 1) a representative from the public purchasing sector, 2) the City Engineer or designee, and 3) a member of the general public with affiliation to the purchasing industry.
