Street improvement closes lane on West Burnside beginning February 25

(PORTLAND, Ore.) – The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that a westbound lane closure will be necessary on West Burnside Street between NW 13th and NW 14th Avenues beginning Monday, February 25, through Monday, March 4, all hours and all days. The closure is necessary to remove and replace both the base and the surface layers of a section of the road.

The public is advised to expect delays, travel cautiously and observe all work zone signage. Sidewalk access will be provided to residents and businesses.

This work is weather-dependent, and the schedule may change.
