The Recording of Minister’s Authority to perform marriage ceremonies is NOLONGER REQUIRED IN OREGON - Persons performing ceremonies must be either a Judge or a person authorized to perform wedding ceremonies by a religious organization.  That information is required to complete the marriage license application. 503-988-3034

The Fee for an Oregon Marriage License is $60 in cash or certified funds only. The license becomes effective in 3 calendar days after issuance and payment. The license remains in effect anywhere in Oregon for 60 days. (No physical exam is required in Oregon. 503-988-3034

To obtain Cerfified Copies of a Marriage License, please provide the date of the Marriage and names of the couple in writing or order by phone for in office pick-up. A fee of $7.75 is charged for the first certified copy and a fee of $4.00 is charged for each additional copy. 503-988-3034
