Oregon DHS posts web-based information on the Community Abuse Rule

Oregon's Department of Human Services posted web-based abuse education and prevention training for families on its website. Featured on the opening web page, people can learn and understand the Community Abuse Rule by watching a new video, produced in partnership with the Development Disabilities Coalition.
