NOTE to All "Online Reporters" - The change in reporting systems is due to our use of a new database, BlueArcher. This web-based system allows us to share reports with the police and network between law enforcement agencies. If you receive a message referring to "San Jose CA PD" do not be concerned as that is the "host system". Reports are still being read and managed by the City of Portland Graffiti Abatement Program. If you encounter problems entering reports please contact the graffiti hotline at 503-823-4824 or coordinator at 503-823-9666, dennis.logiudice@portlandoregon.gov.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PHOTOS:
In order to submit this report, you will be required to attach a photo of the graffiti. The photo will tell us more about the site, surface and vandal responsible for the damage. Please make sure your camera is set to take pictures no larger than 640x480 (also known as VGA or email size). If the pictures are larger than that they may not attach to the report properly.
If you are unable to provide a photo at this time and still want to make the report, please call the Graffiti Hotline 503-823-4824 and the report will be entered for you. We appreciate your help to document graffiti vandalism in Portland.
