Civics 101: The Portland Plan - Come Have Your Say!

The Bipartisan Cafe, 7901 SE Stark St, Portland OR 97215

Would you like to influence how Portland looks in twenty or fifty years?

Steve Dotterer, Principal Planner with the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability, will lead a discussion of the more provocative issues facing Portland as the new plan for the city's growth and development is being crafted. He is in charge of developing the policy aspects of the Portland Plan. This talk will include key issues such as how the city can balance increased density and precious open spaces, locations where industrial development can best fuel additional jobs and if Portland has enough "infill" land within the city's limits to accommodate our growth.

Come and have your say!
