Are you referring to the Public Involvement Advisory Council? Public Involvement Advisory Council (PIAC) meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of the month, 5:30 to 8 PM. Meetings are held at Portland City Hall, 1221 SW 4th Ave. Meetings are held on the 2nd floor, in the Lovejoy Room. In general, PIAC meets in the Lovejoy Room as a large group for the first hour and then move into small groups for the second hour.
