SALARY: $7,237.00 - $9,807.00 Monthly

The Asset Manager has oversight of planning and designing for, construction of and maintenance of Portland Parks & Recreation structures and open spaces. The manager will provide high level strategic planning advice on complex issues that impact the bureau and will represent the bureau in the City and the region on major capital projects that impact multiple jurisdictions. The incumbent will serve as liaison to other agencies to provide landscape and architecture design oversight on projects (new or historical) within Portland's park system.
