This position reports to the Construction Division Manager and manage a small office at the Columbia Blvd. Waste Water Treatment Plant, is responsible for managing a small work group of construction managers and technicians, as well as managing large complex waste water pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plant projects. Assignments are of a continuing nature, requiring the exercise of independent judgment and initiative in scheduling, assigning, and coordinating the work with other units and external consulting resources. Incumbents are expected to perform and manage the most complex professional engineering work requiring a substantial level of professional training, and construction contract administration experience.
