Where's My City/County Refund?

The majority of refunds are issued within 8 weeks of the date the City/County tax return was filed.

Refunds related to returns filed in March, April, September and October can take an additional 2 to 3 weeks due to the high volume of returns that are filed in these months.

Please contact our office if you have not received your refund within 13 weeks of the date your return was filed. For example, if your return was filed on 4/15, you should contact our office if you have not received your refund by 7/15.
