BUREAU OF HUMAN RESOURCES
 
The Office of Labor Relations provides advice, counsel and training to staff members, human resources officers, managers and supervisors on a range of employment-related issues and challenges.
 
Representatives from the Office can respond to questions regarding the application, interpretation and implementation of City Human Resources Rules and collective bargaining agreements.  The Office also provides information to managers and staff members on employment-related regulatory requirements, problem-solving techniques, discipline, layoff and termination policies and procedures.
