BUREAU OF FINANCIAL SERVICES

The Treasury Division:

administers the City's investment program with an emphasis on preserving principal, providing daily liquidity to all City bureaus, and maximizing return
provides banking and cash management services to City bureaus
manages receipt and custody of all cash and collateral held by the City
oversees the City's deferred compensation program
manages the City's internal Trustee accounting system
provides services to the public, including passport application acceptance services

9 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. weekdays. It is advisable to arrive at least fifteen minutes early to assure that the application can be processed prior to closing.
