Rivers Office to close effective June 28th.
It's been our pleasure to provide information about these remarkable municipal treasures also known as the Willamette and Columbia Rivers.
Connecting Our Community to Our Rivers
As directed by the City Council, Portland's Rivers Office worked to connect Portlanders to the Willamette and Columbia Rivers and the benefits they provide: ecologic, economic, recreational, and social.

This "Rivers Office" website offers information from a wide variety of sources--governmental, non-profit, and private. Visitors are encouraged to note the sources as they build their understanding of the rivers running through our city.
