Seasonal Restrictions:
During the the Rose Festival (for 2009: May 28th through June 9th) and again during the holiday season (from the Friday prior to Thanksgiving to January 2nd) , see "Holiday and Rose Festival Street and Sidewalk Use Restrictions" on Film & Video main page.
Advance Notice:
For enforceable reserved parking, please allow at least 3 full business days notice (see “Enforcement” below). Inquiries are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. At rare, less busy times, requests with less than 3 full business days may be able to be processed.

HOURS for submitting permit requests-- 7:30am to 2:30pm, Tuesday through Friday (now closed on Mondays)
Please be ready with the following information and leave a message if no one answers. If leaving a message, please remember to speak slowly and clearly.
Please state:
1. The name of the production company
2. Your name
3. Your title
4. Your work phone
5. Your mobile phone
And provide the following for each location in the following order:
1. Name of street where parking is requested
2. Which side of the street
3. Names of BOTH nearest adjacent cross streets
4. Date(s) and time(s) of reserved parking needed
5. Number of spaces or feet (1 space = 20 feet)
6. Type of space(s) (e.g. metered, non metered, Area Parking Permit Area)
Example:
SE Cucoloris Way; South side; between Best Boy Blvd & Juicer Drive; from July 10th at 7pm to July 12th at 6:30am; 60 feet; the spaces are (metered parking)(non-metered parking)(diagonal spaces).
Signage:
In metered parking areas:
"No Parking" signage will be provided and placed by Parking Enforcement everywhere but at Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU)
In non-metered parking areas and metered areas at OHSU:
"No Parking" signage listing dates & times of parking removal are provided and placed by production company.
Enforcement (signage regarding removal of parking must be in place 24 hours in advance of parking removal):
- Preferred: arrangements for a "courtesy tow" (vehicle is towed to nearest legal, open and unreserved spot at production company expense) can be made with a towing company of your choice
- Or call the police non-emergency number: 503-823-3333, then press 2,2 and they will arrange for tow at vehicle owner's expense
Charges:
Metered Areas: $22.00/space (20 ft)/day
Non-Metered Areas: $66.00/flat fee for up to one blockface/permit period (up to 90 days)
Area Parking Permit Areas: $7.50/space (20 ft)/day
Please note: Due to staff processing time and time for possible placement of signage, cancellations requested without 24 business day hours of shoot will be charged a fee.
Accepted: Check (personal and corporate)/Cash/Visa/MasterCard
Street and Sidewalk Closures & Intermittent Traffic Control (ITC) - And reserved on-street parking involving more than 3 block faces (for reserving 3 block faces or less, see “Reserved On-Street Parking” above)

Parking charges and signage requirements are the same as above, however, parking enforcement must be done through "courtesy tows" only:

Full Street & Sidewalk Closures: $198/Permit (single charge for period up to 90 days)
Sidewalk or Street ITC or Lane Closures: $ 16.50/Permit (single charge for period up to 90 days)
