In case you missed it, on October 22nd, check out Green For All's "Community of Practice" webinar featuring Worksystems, the City of Portland, the Energy Trust of Oregon, and Green for All discussing our innovative Community Workforce Agreement for the Clean Energy Works: Portland program. Unanimously passed by Portland City Council on September 30, 2009, this agreement is considered to be a national best practice model for ensuring quality green jobs that are broadly accessible to low-income communities and communities of color.

The Clean Energy Works: Portland program is a pilot program that will help up to 500 qualified Portland homes finance and install energy efficiency upgrades.
