Your Guide to Production in Portland
The following are required for all productions:

Holiday and Rose Festival Street and Sidewalk Use Restrictions
Outlines restrictions in Portland's core area (in and around downtown area) during the Rose Festival (May 28th through June 9th) and during the holiday season (from the Friday prior to Thanksgiving until January 2nd).
