Budget Advisory Committee (BAC)

FPDR is exempt from the City’s regular budget advisory committee (BAC) requirements. The FPDR Board of Trustees functions as a BAC with additional powers, including the authority to adopt FPDR’s budget.  The Board is comprised of two community members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council, the Mayor or his designee, an elected Fire member, and an elected Police member.
