The City of Portland has retained the second place ranking behind Minneapolis-St. Paul in this year's results for the top volunteer city. Seventeen businesses participated in the Corporate Volunteer Challenge, helping Portland increase their overall volunteer rate to 37.1% and significantly narrow the gap between Minneapolis-St. Paul's rate of 37.4%.
