Fire Bureau Customer Survey
As part of the Fire Bureau’s Five Year Strategic Plan they conduct a customer service survey once every 5 years. It is a cost embedded in the strategic planning process so exact figure not certain. They used Strategic Planning Consultants as the contractor.
In addition to the external survey they also conducted an internal employee survey. They also have been using an ongoing web based customer survey through PortlandOnline using the TrackIt application. The response rate to the online survey has been very low.
