Saturday, February 9, 9:00 AM–noon
Join Portland Parks & Recreation, Friends of Powell Butte, Hands On Portland and other community members to volunteer on Powell Butte! Restoration events help keep Powell Butte healthy, beautiful and safe for visitors. Please wear long pants and long sleeves, sturdy walking shoes, and bring a water bottle. Tools, gloves, water and granola bars will be provided.
Meet at: Gates Park @ SE 136th & Holgate Blvd. Driving directions: Turn east onto Holgate from SE 136th and follow to the parking lot. Group will likely be hiking quite a ways from the parking lot, so be on time to be sure to meet up with the group. Tri-met bus: # 17.
