The Portland Water Bureau invites you to Groundwater 101
Please join the Portland Water Bureau and the Columbia Slough Watershed Council on Saturday, January 26 for Groundwater 101 - a FREE workshop that will teach you about the role of groundwater in Portland’s water system, local geology, hydrogeology, and how to protect this important resource.
The workshop includes classroom time, hands-on activities and an optional field trip to see behind the scenes at Portland's groundwater facility in the Columbia South Shore Well Field. This class is open to the public and registration is required, so please call or register on-line to reserve your spot.
