A westbound lane will be closed on West Burnside Street between Northwest 13th and 14th avenues from Tuesday, Feb. 19, through Monday, Feb. 25, all hours and all days, according to the Portland Bureau of Transportation.

The closure is necessary to remove and replace both the base and the surface layers of a section of the road.

The public is advised to expect delays, travel cautiously and observe all work zone signage. Sidewalk access will be provided to residents and businesses.
