Thursday, Jan. 31 – Portland Parks & Recreation and Friends of Peninsula Park Rose Garden welcome volunteers to help with planting nearly 3,200 new, hardy, disease-resistant roses in Portland’s oldest public rose garden.

WHEN: Tuesday, Feb. 19, to Friday, Feb. 22, 9 a.m. through 2 p.m.
