New Portland, formerly the Immigrant and Refugee Affairs Program, works to integrate newcomer communities into the vibrant life of our city.
Join us as we:
- Increase newcomer employment and contracting opportunities.
- Improve the inclusiveness of City services and facilities.
- Engage newcomer Portland in the civic and political process.
- Highlight the contributions of newcomer communities through events such as Colored Pencils Art & Culture Nights, and summer street fairs.
