The Bureau of Emergency Communications (BOEC) has openings for the next class of trainees to become an Emergency Dispatcher. The application instructions are here.
The minimum requirements are:
- High School diploma or equivalent;
- 18 years old at time of hire, and
- Ability to type 45 words per minute.
