Repeat: Please do not call 9-1-1 during the test on Wednesday. If we have a real citywide emergency, also do not call 9-1-1 for information. Call 9-1-1 only if you need urgent police, fire, or medical assistance.
Call 503-823-4000 (eight-two-three-four thousand) for non-urgent information requests and communications, during business hours.
Call the non-emergency number, 503-823-3333 outside of business hours, however be aware the same operators answer the non-emergency number as take 9-1-1 calls so always consider whether your question/report should wait until regular office hours.
