*  Meeting with David Olson and Mary Beth Henry, Office of Cable Communications and Franchise Management

*  NO City Council meetings - Mayor Adams and Commissioner Leonard were on vacation, and I made myself unavailable so citizens and staff could take the Jluy 4 week off if they wanted.  The rest of us spent the time wisely taking care of backlogs on our To Do lists.

* Budget Process Debrief with Office of Management and Finance staff

* Meeting with David Barenberg, Theresa Marchetti, Amy Archer, regarding Oregon Liquor Control Commission

* Meeting with Mayor Adams, PSU President Wim Wiewel, Jim Francesconi and others re: Oregon Sustainability Center

* Central City Concern's Community Volunteer Corps Graduation Ceremony

* Concert in Willamette Park

* Drew, Portland Observer intern, Human Trafficking interview

* Lunch with Debra Porta, President of Pride NW

* Meeting with Amalia Alarcon de Morris, Director, Office of Neighborhood Involvement

* City Auditor LaVonne Griffin-Valade, regarding Council agenda scheduling

* Meeting with Ron Serason: Survey for the Office of Management and Finance

*  Hosting gathering for national participants in the Bazelon Institutes reviews of Police-Mental Health interactions in five cities.  This project is now titled "Safer PDX" here.  It's not an acronym, it's the goal.

*  Multnomah County Democrats Annual picnic in Gresham

* Meeting with Sara Johnson, WomenStrength

* Meeting with City Attorneys re: contracting practices and minority/women businesses

* Meeting with Metro Councilor Robert Liberty re: Community Investment Strategy

* Pearl District Graffiti Abatement volunteer work crew

* Mississippi Street Fair - could not find parking for literally miles, so skipped it

* Portland International Day Festival
