Jere Hudson – Graffiti Task Force member and graffiti/sign reporter/remover
John Lambert – Property/Business Owner and graffiti reporter (member of Graffiti Mat’ls Ordinance Committee
Kara Kauble – David Douglas High School teacher, graffiti volunteer organizer – Leadership Class 'adopted' blocks around the school, especially SE 135th Ave, and kept graffiti off private properties
Philip Ragaway – Property owner and graffiti reporter – owns several buildings that are chronically tagged – he always photographs and reports, and cleans up the graffiti.
Michelle Martin – Chairperson of Business Improvement District – accepting award on behalf of Portland Business Alliance's Clean & Safe program which maintains approximately 220 blocks in the downtown core.
Sam Benitez – PGE – documents graffiti and removes graffiti from PGE property all over Metro area
Tim Wallace – North Portland Businessman and graffiti reporter
Tom Barnes – Organizer/volunteer, Powellhurst-Gilbert Neighborhood Association
Mark Alejos – Crew coordinator for Community Volunteer Corps
Keith Orr – Graffiti Task Force member extraordinaire…supervises cleanup of traffic signal properties in Portland, provides “tech” support to task force, and coffee breaks to relieve coordinator’s stress.
Valerie Spicer, Keynote Speaker (after her presentation and before lunch break)
Bob Fredrikson (unable to attend), Former chair, South Tabor Neighborhood Association, for the past several years has documented graffiti all over town with photographs and other detailed information that has been very helpful for both graffiti abatement and law enforcement.

Patty Stevens and Jerry Stevens - clean up graffiti in Gresham, and all of East county including Fairview, Troutdale, and Wood Village
Donna Dionne, lives in Gresham and volunteers with graffiti removal – has a business in Portland and co-chairs the Powellhurst-Gilbert Graffiti Removal Team…
