I was out of the country 2/18 - 2/27, visiting my family in England to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday.

Many thanks to the good folks at Delta Airlines for the efficiency of the long flights direct between Amsterdam and PDX.  It's not fun to be on a plane ride for 10 hours or more, but you made it as comfortable as possible.
