John Canda, a community leader I greatly respect, wrote a helpful OpEd published in today's Oregonian. It talks about the Restorative Listening Project, which he founded in partnership with the Office of Neighborhood Involvement's Judith Mowry. Judith also helped Commissioner Fish and me with our community conversations on Sharing Public Spaces in July.
